STANDARD PROGRAMME

Our standard programme is for 6 months and includes: 3 classroom based phases, 3 coaching sessions, a minimum of 4 mentoring sessions and a business visit.
The target group for this programme is youth aged between 18 and 35 years who do not have a business idea or business experience

ABRIDGED PROGRAMME

This programme is for 2 months and includes: 3 classroom based phases, 2 coaching sessions, a minimum of 3 mentoring sessions and 1 business visit.
The target group is youth between 18 and 35 years who have business experience

TAILOR-MADE PROGRAMME

The programme is designed to suit the requirements of the group that needs training. The training modules and phases vary based on the needs of the participants.

About Us

GET is a non-profit Trust registered in 2016. The founder, Dr Jessica Hamadziripi, was moved by the plight of the vulnerable youth who had no source of income and spent time on the streets of Harare without gaining income. GET was born out of her commitment to empower the youth and from the support she received from her husband.
